Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update Sitetrax and client systems to schedule tickets of work.
- Validate incoming tickets to ensure all the correct information is available and recorded for the job to proceed.
- Schedule work to Delivery Partners with correct skills and capabilities.
- Provide real time updates and management of UCG and client systems, including Sitetrax.
- Monitor tickets of work and update any information sent back from Delivery Partners to ensure a timely completion of the job.
- Call customers and arrange times for Delivery Partners to go on site.
- Liaise with client representatives as directed by the Team Leader.
- Provide call center support to customers as and when required.
- Other duties as directed by the Team Leader which includes providing reports to the Operations team.
General:
- Attend and constructively participate in team and company meetings.
- Escalate all appropriate matters to the Host Employee or Host Manager or other appropriate UCG employee on a timely basis.
- Adhere to relevant UCG policy or procedures.
- Adhere to relevant MVP policies and procedures including Human Resources and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.
Skills Requirements:
- Tertiary education or short courses encapsulating customer service
- Diploma in Customer Service and Administration (Aspire).
- Experience in providing customer service of international customers.
- Experience scheduling work to contractors.
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry
