As a **Customer Service Associate**, you are tasked to deliver high quality of service to the customers and clients. You are also expected to meet the following:
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Listen to the concerns and/or needs of the consumer
- Provide accurate support, answers and resolutions to the appeal raised in a professional and confident way
- Document the process undertaken in each transaction pertaining to the problems, requests and actions
- Maintain high level of expertise in computer tools and telephone etiquette skills
- Observe the shifting of schedules that is provided to them
- Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements
- Guarantee highest quality of service is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
