**About the Role**
Provide administrative support for the insurance group by running reports, reviewing and understanding typical construction-related insurance certificates, handling information requests and performing a variety of other clerical functions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Data Entry
- Create, review, compile and issue various insurance-related reports
- Prepare documents for management approval
- Insurance compliance tracking and updating
- Assist project team with insurance issues
- Take a supporting role in all CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) & OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) setup and compliance
- Create and issue insurance internal reports
- Perform routine audits
- Support the Safety Department with electronically filing reports, documents, employee certificates, as well as data entry into insurance reporting software
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Familiar with basic construction insurance principles and practices
- Proficient with the following software programs Microsoft Office Word, Skype, BlueBeam/Adobe, Box, DocuSign, AIA Software)
- Ability to electronically organize and maintain files
- Must speak, read and write fluent English
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Current CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) certification
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact productively with the team
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter
