As a WAVE 2 CALL CENTER AGENT - NO VERSANT at AGVILL RESOURCES INC', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and digital channels. What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Adhering to all call centre policies, procedures and quality standards

- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail, telecommunications or financial services industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable attitude
- Fluency in English and the local language
