Job Description
A Senior Architectural Designer is responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration. Included are coordination with and responsibility for communicating with other disciplines and the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be a graduate BS in Architecture from any reputable University/College/Institution
2. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience at the site as a field architect
3. Should know how to implement project schedules, quality, and cost controls
4. Should possess leadership qualities to handle and manage manpower and other trade contractors
5. Can handle project meetings, prepare project reports and accomplishments
6. Must have good communication skills to interact with the Project Manager and Design Team
7. Should be proficient in using CAD and Microsoft Application software
8. Can adapt to changes and innovations
NOTE: SALARY OFFER IS NEGOTIABLE
