About the Role We are seeking a talented Graphic Design & Layout Specialist to design and produce a 100-page spiral-bound book for a client project. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe InDesign and has experience in print production, with the flexibility to assist in digital workbook projects during downtime. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-visibility project, collaborate with a creative team, and potentially transition into a full-time position. Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary – Print Design & Layout
Design and lay out a 100-page spiral-bound book in Adobe InDesign , following branding guidelines.
Use existing templates and design kits to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Integrate text, graphics, and client feedback into revisions.
Communicate directly with the client’s chosen printer to confirm production specifications and deliver print-ready files.
Secondary – Digital Projects (as available)
Assist with digital workbook design in Google Docs and Canva .
Support cross-training efforts on workbook processes, including interactive PDFs .
Take on digital content formatting tasks when needed.
RequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsExpertise in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable).
Strong background in print design and preparing files for production.
Familiarity with Google Docs and Canva .
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and client/printer correspondence.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform effectively in a remote environment .
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with interactive PDF design .
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
Flexibility to support tasks related to digital content formatting.
Collaboration & LogisticsTools: Slack, Gmail, Zoom, and Monday.com will be used for communication and workflow.
Schedule: ~20 hours/week, with preference for morning availability (CST). Flexibility is possible.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Studio Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing packaging adaptation projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet established quality standards. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Zones, Markets, and External Agencies, driving collaboration and excellence in design adaptation
+ **Project Management:** Oversee packaging adaptation requests from various markets, coordinating with appropriate agency partners to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
+ **Performance Monitoring:** Track project progress, manage deadlines, and control cost estimates and purchase orders (POs) to ensure alignment with project goals.
+ **Best Practices Implementation:** Lead initiatives to optimize adaptation processes, minimizing rework and enhancing project delivery through clear briefs and constructive design feedback.
+ **Reporting and Insights:** Conduct weekly operational meetings and provide insights during monthly meetings to address partner concerns and drive project success.
**What will make you successful.**
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in project management, specifically in identity adaptation with a focus on packaging, either on the agency or client side.
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proficient in budget management and project scheduling.
+ Familiarity with digital workflows, document management systems, and packaging design file formats.
+ A keen eye for design detail and a passion for brand consistency.
