We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic call center team. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints by clarifying concerns and determining the best solution
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Meet performance targets including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level or Graduate
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required
- Computer literate and able to multitask
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
