**lobal Lease Reporting Process:**
+ Contracts review and data abstraction
+ Lease data maintenance and Lease Controller administration
+ Ensures consistent application of the Lease Accounting Policy
+ Month-end close activities
+ Accounts reconciliation
+ Disclosure reporting for USGAAP
+ Supports local BU Finance on IFRS lease reporting requirements
**Special Projects or Ad Hoc Tasks**
+ Application of productivity tools and emerging technologies as opportunities arise (Data Modelling, Power Automate, Powerapps, RPA, Data Analytics, etc.); apply to all existing processes as applicable
+ Continuous improvement on all processes above
+ Coordination role within the team for IUAS-wide projects, initiatives, or periodic routine tasks
**General Administrative Tasks**
+ Ensures adherence to all safety and compliance requirements
+ Set performance agreements and monitor results through Performance Management Process
+ Take part in professional development activities by attending trainings and reading relevant materials
+ Maintains updated process documentation

**Fixed Assets**
+ Manages asset creation and related maintenance processes
+ Analyzes and calculates DD and A (Depreciation, Depletion, and Amortization) Panel Unit of Production rates and perform monthly depreciation runs
+ Conducts asset verification exercises
+ Reviews Asset Retirement Obligations
+ Executes Fixed Assets SOX Controls

+ Performs trace and escalation procedures for reconciling items.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following** :
**1. Provides general accounting and reporting services to the Regional Supply and Trading Finance organizations in Asia Pacific, London and Australia that may include but are not limited to:**
+ Settles payables and send out invoices to 3rd party counterparties, affiliates and intercompany entities after interpreting contracts and validating important and required information against necessary documents.
+ Works with the Charterers and/or Voyage Managers and/or Trader, Trading Analysts and/or Schedulers to update and correct pricing and quantities in Value Invoice Processing/ Solicitors Regulation Authority.
+ Enters accrual entries into SAP invoices or other necessary documents that are not yet received in time for the month-end close.
+ Accounts for all associated secondary costs to physical transactions.
+ Accounts for other instruments used to hedge company price in SRA and SAP.
+ Prepares forecast of cash payments and receipts reporting.
+ Performs month-end reconciliations including GL Account reconciliation, VIP-SAP or SRA-SAP reconciliation, inventory reconciliation and address Interco imbalances.
+ Supports and provide comments for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation including trace and escalation.
+ Supports SOX controls and testing, and internal/external audit requirements.
+ Handles ad-hoc inquiries from Charterers, Voyage Managers, Traders, Trading Analysts and Schedulers as well as counterparties (3rd Party, Affiliates or Intercompany).
+ Handles all other general accounting services that may be required by the Charterers, Voyage Managers, Traders, Trading Analysts, Schedulers, BU from time to time.
**2. Partnering with Manila Midstream Accounting Leadership Team in delivering reliable and cost-efficient services:**
+ Monitors effectiveness of applicable controls, assesses gaps, develops corrective plans, reports on progress made, and results.

+ Supports internal and external financial audits; serves as a contact for internal and external auditors.
