In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's accounting records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards. You will oversee the preparation of timely financial reports, manage the documentation of financial transactions, and ensure compliance with BIR regulations. You will also coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate efficient audit processes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is preferred
- 3+ years of solid work experience in accounting/finance, with a background in supervisory roles
- Proficient in using accounting software, including SAP and QuickBooks/Xero
- Experience in handling a full set of accounts (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR Management, Tax Compliance & BIR Reporting, and Audit) is a big plus
- Experience in the relevant industry (i.e., holding/investment companies) is an advantage
- Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication (written and verbal) skills
