The **Specialist, HR Consulting & Project Management**, as a member of the Consulting & Project Management Unit, carries out analytical review of consulting service needs. The assessment of needs is focused both on substantive aspects of the service and the utility of current policies and approaches aligned to the needs of all Birches Group client groups. The Specialist, HR Consulting & Project Management, demonstrates analytical capacity which is critical to the sustained relevance of the Consulting service area and its capacity to adapt to emerging needs.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Analyze client needs and design approaches for the management of consulting projects from the development of proposals through execution;
- Organize and execute consulting projects with an emphasis on compensation policy and management and specialized survey activities including project monitoring and evaluation with the promotion of broader Community solutions.
- Advise on optimal organization, design, and delivery of projects, identifying issues that affect the capacity to meet client needs;
- Advise clients/collaborators on project design/delivery approaches and methodologies to build cooperative engagement and highlighting Community solutions to achieve integrate human resource management.
- Align project activities and metrics with client expectations to achieve rigorous project execution.
- Ensure effectiveness in terms of quality of project execution.
- Review and advise on organization of projects/services identifying further refinements to expand and deepen understanding of the program methodology/approach with particular attention to the analysis of issues of acute client interest.
**Targeted Specialized Knowledge**
- University Degree
- General experience in Service Delivery or Project Design in HR Compensation Management
- Demonstrated experience in Managing Client Relationships and Account Management
