Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's/ College Degree in IT - Software / Criminology or its equivalent.
• Knowldedge in using MS Office Applications and etc.
• With atleast 2 years experience in CCTV installation and its equivalent is a must.
• Willing to travel and open for relocation with approximate distance within local area.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assists Branch Security Officer in the proper implementation of security measures such as and not limited to the following:
• Installation of CCTV Cameras in and out of the branch/ store premises.
• Monitoring of CCTV footages ensuring that all key areas has been covered
• Securing that CCTV records has been strictly kept confidential all the time
• Ensuring that all cameras are well maintained and functioning

What You'll Do
Implement and control the elements of a Total Quality Assurance Program. Through appropriate quality assurance data gathering techniques, identify and eliminate causes of quality issues, customer complaints, scrap and rework. Responsible for research, recommendation and implementation of quality and process control improvements.

• Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work.
• Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
• Provides support both for In-process and Outgoing inspection to ensure compliance of product from its design specification and control plans.
• Directs and supervise the quality assurance testing of samples.
• Compile data and issue reports as necessary. Make information available as required to initiate corrective action and identify problem areas.
• Work closely with internal team members to address product related quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive action for continuous improvement.
• Handle Document Control Activity.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• At least 3-year experience working in manufacturing industry of electric/electronic product.
• Knowledgeable on ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Management System standards.
• Knowledgeable on quality management tools such as Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, APQP and PPAP.
• Proficient on MS Office and quality software such as Minitab.

• Welding any structural steel work as screen in any sizes required by the engineers for batching plant and asphalt plant.
• Fabricates erection of batching and asphalt plant.
• Responsible for the maintenance of fabricated plant.
• Turn-over finished fabrication job.
• Willing to be assigned in remote area.

We are an established cold chain storage and logistical solutions provider. We seek a hard-working and highly motivated Refrigeration Technicial to:

• Undertake daily upkeep and operational continuity of the of the plant's refrigerating facilities, utilities and auxiliary cold storage equipment under the supervision of the Plant Reliability Engineer.
• Observes the company's asset management policies and procedures.
• Monitor, review and evaluate the operational performance of all refrigeration and auxiliary equipment installed at the plant in support of uninterrupted revenue generation of the cold storage facilities.
• Keep abreast of knowledge and application of prescribed plant maintenance processes and procedures, standards, management policies and various other standards necessary for continuity of the plant's functions.

Qualified applicants must possess the following QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a current TESDA certified NC-2 Level, vocational diploma or short-course certificate.

JOB SUMMARY

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CASHIERING OPERATIONS

· Meets required sales for Gift Certificates (GC).

· Checks and accounts cell card sales.

· Ensures that all cashiers are properly trained and know all standard work procedures required in the performance of their functions,

· Ensures that the department can efficiently handle all customer-related issues.

· Ensures that all cashiers and baggers and information clerks render excellent and effective customer service.

· Maintains the Customer Service counter and facilitates the Package Check-In/Out Counter.

· Ensures the proper training of baggers.

· Ensures that all cashiers handle all transactions swiftly to avoid long lines while ensuring accuracy of transaction and process entries.

· Ensures proper scheduling of cashiers; no unnecessary closing of terminals during peak hours.

· Submits on time accurate reports and daily updating of sales registry books.

· Ensures immediate feedback and action during POS machine trouble, breakdown and unavailability of backilnes.

· Ensures baggers recount the items sold referring to the receipt.

· Ensures timely preparation and submission of requests for Debit Memo for UGC and Supplier's GC redemption. 2. ADMINISTRATIVE

· Ensures the proper issuance of official receipts (OR) and ensures the availability of OR for use at the selling floor.

· Ensures that payments collected at the store level are properly transacted.

· Orders in time and monitors Guarantor Gift Certificate (GGC).

· Ensures the proper handling of lost and found items in the selling area. 3. OTHERS

The Technical Support Engineer involves first-level hardware/software technical support to local and remote users, including Ucket monitoring and resolution.

It also escalatos complex IT incidents to higher tier support, serves as a main contact for desktop PC support, peripherals installation, email configuration, software patching, network activation, and facilities maintenance.

The role also involves managing IT fecilities, preparing departmental reports, aligning IT infrastructure methodologies, and engaging in knowledge enhancement activities.
