About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc. in South Cotabato Soccsksargen. As a full-time Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring that our equipment and facilities are well-maintained and running efficiently.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime
2. Manage a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate their work, and ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively
3. Monitor maintenance activities, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
4. Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance data
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing industry
2. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, as well as a good understanding of maintenance best practices
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, and effectively delegate tasks
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.
• Provide daily and weekly survey pick-up of pits, roads, and dumps for reference map updating.

• Set out drill holes based on the drill plan and assist the drilling team in locating the drill area and stringing out of drill holes.
