Role Purpose

to join our People Operations team. This position reports to the VP, HR Technology and works closely with stakeholders across multiple disciples withing IT, HR, vendor partners, and other key stakeholders.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for supporting complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. This role ensures alignment with strategic goals, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives execution excellence across multiple workstreams. Job Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution

  • Leads project management activities for HR technology implementations, enhancements, or other related system and/or process related projects.
  • Leads cross-functional HRIS projects (i.e Workday, AI-Driven HR Tools, etc) and other people technology solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
