Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Goa for a Food & Beverage Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the food and beverage sector. Key tasks include training staff on standards and protocols, conducting assessments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing innovative training strategies aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage training, staff development, and operational protocols
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver engaging training sessions
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Relevant certifications in Food & Beverage Management or Training are beneficial

Responsible in maintaining the overall physical count of stocks in the warehouse while ensuring the implementation of basic and good warehouse practices.

Job Description

The Mall Operations Specialist is responsible monitor the day-to-day operations and ensuring tenants' compliance with mall house rules and regulations. He/She is also responsible for assisting the conceptualization and design of marketing plans and other related marketing communications concepts including but not limited to advertising and promotions; and

To conceptualize, design, plan, organize, implement, and execute local store marketing activities and/or mall events to generate or maximize potential income through growth in customer traffic count.
