Bank Teller
provides competent, caring, fast and accurate service to client's banking needs in line with the Bank's overall objective of service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Processing over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments and miscellaneous transactions
• Assisting UNIPRO for certain activities such as scanning, filing of signature cards and other bank documents
• Reviewing all check transactions and verifying authenticity of all notes received
• Cross-selling to existing clients of the branch
• Referring transacting clients who have queries or are interested in other bank products
• Continuously providing a WOW Customer Experience to all transacting clients
• Performing other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Role Overview
PIC - Philippines, a Genus company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who is responsible for ensuring that the right animals are delivered in the most cost efficient way from source farm to customer farm.

You Will
Consolidate availability and sales forecast reports

Flag excess gilts and boars availability to Account Managers and coordinate updated orders with Contract Production Officers in the source farms

Submit monthly forecast reports to key internal and external customers

Secure government permits necessary to transport animals from source farm to customer farms

Arrange the animal transport from source farm to customer farm and tracks animal movement until arrival to customer farm

Provide month end transport cost on animal deliveries

Review and route QAR for approval

Process third party delivery truck billings

Train third party truckers' staff on PIC protocols and audit for compliance

Monitor third party truckers' compliance to contract terms and agreed SLA

Other tasks that may be assigned by manager

Requirements
Qualifications: (required)

• At least 3 years experience as logistics & transport officer
• Must have knowledge of the different mode of transport and delivery, technological advances and best practices in the field of logistics;
• Has a customer focused mentality and possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Above average planning and organisation skills
• Solid communication and coordination skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS office application such as word, excel, powerpoint
• Willingness to adopt flexible work schedule (e.g. outside the normal 8 to 5pm shift)

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate of logistics/transport or related course
• Work experience in a logistics company is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Navigational Watchkeeping: The Third Officer is responsible for carrying out independent navigational watches on the bridge, typically from 0800–1200 and 2000–2400 hours. This includes monitoring the ship's position, course, and speed to ensure safe navigation. 2
• Assisting in Navigation: They assist the Second Officer in correcting and maintaining nautical charts and publications, as well as in passage planning and distance calculations. This ensures that all navigational information is accurate and up-to-date. 2

• Machinery Maintenance: The second engineer is responsible for the routine and corrective maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the engine room, including engines, generators, pumps, and compressors. This involves performing regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise to ensure optimal performance. 2
• Safety Management: Ensuring the safety of the engine room crew is a primary duty. The second engineer conducts risk assessments, safety briefings, and training for junior engineers and new crew members. They are also responsible for the operation and maintenance of life-saving and firefighting equipment. 2
• Pollution Prevention: The second engineer oversees pollution prevention measures, including the operation of oily water separators (OWS), sewage treatment plants, and incinerators. They ensure compliance with MARPOL regulations and implement the Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan (SOPEP). 2

ROLE PURPOSE:

Our Pharmacy Assistant helps the Pharmacist in front operations (dispensing, selling, cashiering and customer service) and back operations functions (stock management and other retail processes) appropriate to their level.
