Detailed Job Description:
- Provides appropriate first aid treatment in the absence of a medical practitioner.
- Manages the incident and ensures the continuing safety of themselves, bystanders and the casualty
- Assesses casualties and finds out the nature & cause of their injuries
- Arranges for further medical help or other emergency services to attend (e.g: the fire service)
- Prioritizes casualties based upon medical need
- If able, makes notes/observations of casualties
- Ensure First Aid Area is neat, clean, properly stock and meets the requirement of OSH Standards
- Ensures First Aid supplies and equipment are available
- Fills out any paperwork as required
- Provides a handover when further medical help arrives
- Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

As Construction Manager, your key responsibility will be to support the lead Project Manager/Construction Manager and Project Director in all phases of construction. This is primarily an active position which requires you to have the ability to work in the confined quarters of an office or the hectic conditions of a construction site.
The general responsibilities of a Construction Manager are to document, plan, execute, control and close a project smoothly and successfully. This may include (but is not limited to) the following tasks and activities:
- Plan and schedule all construction activities of the assigned project from start to finish at assigned project.
- Maintain construction site in a condition presentable to our customers and within the acceptable standards of AVAC.
- Schedule and supervise contractor activities in accordance with AVAC job schedules and design partner signed scopes of work.
- Provide regular feedback to the lead Project Manager/Construction Manager and the Project Director concerning the contractor’s timeliness and attention to details.
- Communicate construction progress and completion dates to AVAC by accurately updating and submitting the scheduled reports.
- Work closely with the client, contractors, and management team to ensure open communication on all matters; develop a strong environment conducive to proactive resolution of issues and strong commitment to producing a quality service.
- Maintain and track all the construction documents at the job site so that all pertinent information is readily available to management and the other field associates.
- Conduct pre-construction meeting, if applicable, with client and oversee the construction, inspection and scheduling of the entire project using inspection forms, plans and procedures.
- Review and endorse start packages prior to beginning construction of project.
- Aid the client representative with all outstanding client requests to make sure that they are approved by the client and are being completed in a timely manner.
