**A DAY IN A LIFE:**
Responsible for communicating ethically and delivering science based value propositions building the image and the role of Nestlé Infant Nutrition with HealthCare Professionals and institutions, within a specified territory, in order to compliantly drive recommendation/advocacy /prescriptions for these products.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develop and expand brand usage through engagements with Health Care Professionals and Health Care Institutions.
+ Implement ethical marketing plans to further develop brand.
+ Communicate scientific and factual information to health care professionals to update them on latest product breakthroughs.
+ Coordinate with trade counterparts for product availability, market hygiene, and completeness of product range.
+ Manage all aspects of assigned responsibilities and administrative functions inherent in the operation of the assigned territory.
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:**
+ Preferably with a science-related degree in Physiology/Nutrition/Medicine/Biology/Pharmacology/Nursing/Food Science or other Human -or Nutrition science-related field.
+ Marketing or business-related qualification can be considered.
+ Must be driving a car with a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
+ Previous medical delegate or pharmaceutical representative experience working in a multidisciplinary team with different healthcare practitioners and/or in a healthcare sales environment coordinating and presenting to groups of people are an advantage.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Review and analyze previous field campaigns implemented with Grower Marketing, Market Development and Business Unit Head for both seeds (Arize + DEKALB) and CP (S1 and S2 products)
- Review and analyze market RADL of crop specific products based on area potential and share of wallet with Grower Marketing Managers and Business Unit Heads.
- Analyze and monitor competitors activities and field strategies and shares to Grower Marketing Managers, BI and Business Unit Heads.
- Analyze Sell-out performance of key products and new product launched.
- Collaborate with CE on sell - out targets for the incoming year in alignment with Grower Marketing Managers especially for key products(S1/S2).
- Develop and coordinate Territory specific campaign plans to ensure achievement of region sell-out of key products
- Ensure alignment of campaign plans with grower marketing, Market Development, Business Unit Head in terms directions (Farmers)
- Act a strong link between Grower Marketing and commercial team in terms on campaign formulations and executions
- Ensure correct implementation of planned campaign plans in terms of timing, seasonality and need of the region/territory
- Oversees good to excellent relationship with Farmer Ambassadors on programs implementations and incentive/rewards taking
- Coaches and motivates Demand Generation Executive, and Field Technicians and the Territory Manager
- Ensure good data inputs (eFields and CRM) for Demand Generation Executives and Field Technicians
- Proposed training needs for Demand Generation Executive and Field Technicians ( technical/ personal enhancement)
- Give feedback and update of campaign plan implementation to Grower Marketing Managers and commercial team on a timely basis
- Equally responsible with the Business Unit Heads, Regional Manager on attainment of sell-out targets thru coordination, cooperation and collaboration
- Conduct seasonal campaign & program review with Demand Generation Executive and Field Technicians and Region Manager
- Responsible and the Lead for Coops, Institutional client approaches for program formulations, presentations and implementation
