Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day. This role ensures smooth project execution, team coordination, and operational efficiency in construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage all phases of the 131MW floating solar project in the Philippines, from planning to commissioning.
· Coordinate daily site operations, including construction progress, quality control, and subcontractor activities.
· Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
· Supervise procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
· Collaborate closely with engineering, design, procurement, and on-site teams to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements specific to floating PV installations.
· Lead regular performance reviews of site staff and subcontractors; ensure alignment with project KPIs and safety metrics.
· Manage project documentation, permit applications, progress reports, and billing coordination in line with company and client expectations.
· Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and consistency across the project.
· Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to company leadership and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; must be a licensed engineer.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy construction projects, preferably with experience in floating solar PV.
· Proven track record in managing EPC or construction activities for large-scale energy projects.
· Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.
· Deep understanding of construction timelines, logistics planning, and procurement cycles.
· Knowledge of local permitting processes and safety standards in the Philippines is an advantage.
· Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural team environment.
