We're looking for an Site Lead for Reneson, Polillo Island, to lead a team that handles onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance in line with OEM recommendations, SSO and client load demands.

The role is aimed to have a person responsible for supervision, analysis of all site load control systems via SCADA and allocation of daily tasks in conjunction with Maintenance Teams to support Operations Managers in driving continued performance improvement and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

• Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician's PPE, …). Ensure proper daily assignment of Production Team as per monthly shift planning,
• Tight follow up on client load demands to meet the expectations. Attend to meeting with customer operations teams, where required.
• Provide advance notification to Service Manager when availability will not satisfy customer demand. Monitor and act on site/asset alarms to support any incident resolution
• Ensure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team where required. Perform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions.
• Work closely with site team to optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation. Maintain accurate production data.
• Ensure proper and optimum usage of sites inventory.
• Ensure that the site is kept in tidy conditions with strong 5S and OPOS (Optimised Project Operations Standards) implementation. Ensure employees in his team are properly inducted and developed (coached/trained)

You'll have the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in the Electrical Field.
• B2V and H2V Level of authorization
• Good experience in preventative maintenance and repairs – Major Engine Servicing and repairs, Operations & Maintenance. Experience with engine controllers –
• The ability to use specialist tools and ensuring all tooling is calibrated in accordance with Aggreko standards and local legislation. Must be capable of working in a restricted space and at heights up to 2.5 metres.
• Able to travel worldwide when required. Ability to work autonomously when required.

Desired Skillls:

• Communication: Excellent oral and written French (oral English is a bonus).
• Ability to work autonomously when required.
• Experience with SCADA applications.
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook essential).

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The I.T. Specialist provides I.T.-related support to the entity and its end users. He/She works proactively on the management of technology resources and staff, to make I.T. technologies and operations run effectively and efficiently. He/She will manage all systems and computer related tasks, problems, and solutions, while closely reporting activities and progress to the I.T. Manager and/or I.T. Director.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Technical Support

• Provides the necessary I.T.-related assistance to end-users
• Responds to trouble tickets, service requests, and change requests promptly
• Tracks up to closure all I.T.-related issues and requests assigned to him/her and provides updates to the users regarding the statuses of their requests

Technical Services

• Troubleshoots problems with information and technology systems to quickly resolve the issues and restore back I.T. services.
• Performs routine I.T. governance processes such as backups, security checks, and resource analysis, to ensure that systems are operating effectively and efficiently.
• Guides, directs and shares technical knowledge to I.T. Specialists on how to resolve more complex assignments.
• In-charge of Knowledge Management which is the process of creating, curating, sharing, using, and managing knowledge amongst the I.T. group.

REQUIREMENT

• The I.T. Specialist must possess at least a two-year associate degree or a four-year bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
• He/She must have a minimum of three years' experience in I.T. operations, I.T. teams and projects. Must have a track record of effective technical management and information analysis
• Must have a sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, and telecommunications
• He/She must possess adequate knowledge of the industry's best practices
