Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducts the New Employee Orientation and other onboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records (201 files) both hard copy and soft copy
- Updating HR databases (new hires, separations, and changes of information)
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data thru timekeeping.
- Deal and process employee requests and provides relevant information (loans, benefits, payroll)
- Properly handle employee complaints and grievances
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, training, etc. and take minutes
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Ensure that HR policies and processes are consistently administered in the department and companywide.
- Clearly present information and prepare reports for management.
- Actively participate in policy and procedure development.
- Facilitates compliances (documentation, permits, certification) related to the requests.
- Liaising in Government agencies
- Processing, Updating, and Transmittal of the government documents of the newly hired employees and organic employees
- On-time processing of the monthly government remittances of the employees
- Processing and Monitoring of Employee Government Loans and claims
- Processing and Monitoring of Enrollment to HMO for regularized employees and their dependents until the availability of cards
- Processing of the renewal of employee benefits enrollment to HMO.
- Perform a wide variety of tasks; the ability to change focus quickly as demands change is essential
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Fast learner, organized, keen on details, and can work with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable in HR facets
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
