Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team. This role focuses on producing high-quality, visually engaging creative across social media, email, and landing pages. You'll work with and adapt established style guides and templates, while also creating original designs.
The role involves full ownership of the design and production process—from the initial brief through to asset exporting. Occasionally, you may also be tasked with report production in Adobe InDesign.
You'll report directly to the Director - Engagement, Acquisition, Retention, who brings 30 years of multinational experience in digital agency creative, media, and management. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering creative throughout all stages of the digital customer experience conversion funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop social media content including static posts, carousels, reels, and videos in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- Design and build email templates using Adobe Creative Suite, exporting creative assets, and assembling emails in the platform's builder (no coding required).
- Design and build landing pages using Adobe Creative Suite for asset development and export, then assemble within the dotCMS environment (platform training provided).
