About the role

This is a critical dual-function role focused on ensuring a safe and compliant work environment while also providing key support in the administration of construction contracts. The successful candidate will be the central point for managing safety documentation and compliance using digital platforms, as well as assisting with the preparation, review, and management of client and subcontractor agreements. This position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of both Australian WHS legislation and basic contract administration principles.

Primary Tasks

  • Administer and manage the company's safety program, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Utilise safety compliance software (e.g., Sitedoc) to manage digital forms, inductions, and incident reports.
  • Create, distribute, and manage QR codes for site check-ins, inductions, and accessing safety documents.

Required Qualifications/ Experiences (Must Have)

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dedicated Workplace Health and Safety and/or Contracts Administration role, preferably within the construction, civil, or transport industry in Australia.
  • Proven experience with a safety compliance software platform.
  • Experience in creating and managing QR code-based systems for inductions or site access.
  • Experience assisting with construction contracts, including familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for producing clear and concise safety and contractual documentation.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experiences (Nice to Have)

Job Description

Arteak Ltd is seeking experienced HSE professionals to work as Construction Safety Leads (CSLs) to support multiple high-priority sites in the Philippines.

We are recruiting multiple positions and are looking for top-tier professionals who are committed to safety, operational excellence, and responsive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily HSE oversight on client sites.
  • Ensure full alignment with HSE Control Framework and Life-Saving Rules
  • Maintain high standards of competence, safety culture, and field quality
  • Act swiftly to resolve performance issues or site concerns
  • Support regional coverage plans - including backup resource deployment when required
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and site walkdowns
  • Contribute to incident prevention, hazard identification, and near-miss reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction HSE or safety leadership roles
  • Proven experience working on large industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of international safety standards (e.g. IOGP, HSSE-MS)
  • Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH, OSH, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and coaching skills
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate within the Philippines

Desirable:

  • Previous experience supporting large oil companies or other multinational energy clients
  • Filipino nationals or residents with local project experience are strongly encouraged to apply
