Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Real-Time Analysts, Supply Planning, and Workforce Experts; set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support career development.
  • Workforce Planning: Oversee forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation; ensure staffing efficiency while meeting service-level agreements.
  • Performance Management: Track KPIs, generate actionable reports, conduct root-cause analysis, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvements, implement WFM best practices, and adopt new tools and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for WFM matters, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Project Management: Lead WFM-related projects, system implementations, and process changes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred). Project Management certification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in workforce management, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
