About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Workday Systems Administrator to help us take our Workday system to the next level. In this role, you'll work closely with our People and Payroll teams to ensure smooth operations, continuous improvements, and a seamless user experience across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Proven experience working across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, supporting and enhancing the full range of Workday modules to optimize the employee experience.

We're looking for a Workday Analyst with hands-on experience in Core HR and Performance Management to support, configure, and optimize our Workday platform. As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and standards, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
  • Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques related to Workday.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting within the Workday environment.
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles to enhance application usability.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
