**PURPOSE AND SCOPE:**
The Workday Security Specialist plays a key role in the organization by analyzing, designing, and applying solution approaches for Security specific requirements and changes, for production configuration changes in Implementation projects, Change Requests and for break/fixes in the support model going forward. This individual is responsible for the correct Security configuration and maintenance in Workday, based on approved and aligned requirements, approaches and policies in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders like global process owners and Functional SMEs. This role follows global vs local change guidelines, as well as data privacy/compliance requirements. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Configure Business Process Security Policies and Domain Securities across functional areas including Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence (Time Off and Leave), Compensation, Adv Comp, Talent and Reporting
+ Research and help resolve day-to-day configurable security challenges

**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Workday Integrations Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
-Efficient Solution Development and Automation: Build, automate and release solutions based on client's priorities and requirements.
-Proactive Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Explore and discover risks, resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality, and create potential solutions.
-Client-Centric Integration Solution Assurance: Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* At least 5 years experience in Workday
* Manage Workday business process configurations including but not limited to report writing, calculated fields, business process design.
* Build condition & validation rules, EIB loads and business process security.
* Need to have agile experience (Scrum Methodology).
* Workday Certification is required
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Experience in other Workday modules is a plus
* Other Workday module certification is highly preferred.
