The Server Administrator will provide support in VMware vSphere environment in a global enterprise network.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing lifecycle of the datacenter infrastructure from hypervisor (VMware) up to operating system (Windows Server) including all management systems like Backup, Monitoring and more
• Supporting the overall strategy to consolidate systems in regional data centers.
• Ensuring basic support for all Citrix users globally within the local time zone.
• Project management tasks such as tracking deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating direction of internal and external project team members.
• Advanced troubleshooting within a global team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, ECE or job related equivalent
• Deep knowledge of Windows server operating system.
• Experience in the environment of Windows Server from 2016 to the newest OS, administration experience in VMWare vSphere environments, initial experience in administration of Citrix environments is beneficial.

SUMMARY

The Level 3 Windows Server Support Engineer is a critical role within the company, serving as the last line of support for technical issues escalated by end-users and internal teams.
