Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Coordinates and distribute inventory reports to linemen and subcontractors regarding outstanding inventory, particularly during the first week of each month, with a focus on Thursdays and Fridays.
-Perform reconciliations as needed.
-Collaborate with requestors to address any variances encountered, ensuring resolution within designated deadlines occurring twice a month, while also ensuring no pending liquidations from previous months.
-Provide training and support to newly assigned warehouse custodians on inventory and liquidation reporting processes, warehouse operations, installation, repair, and maintenance procedures, as well as other inventory-related matters.
-Validate requisition slips submitted by custodians to ensure there are no pending liquidations prior to issuance.
-Conduct physical inventory checks for linemen and subcontractors when necessary to facilitate reconciliation.
-Monitor stock levels for each lineman and subcontractor to maintain optimal inventory control.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in any field.
· Accepts SHS Graduate as long as with 1-3 years experience as IC (Inventory Clerk)
· 1-2 years of experience in Inventory Management and Warehousing (preferred).
· Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
· Familiarity with pivot tables and experience in report creation. Knowledgeable in Pivot and have Back ground in SAP
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Overall Job Purpose:
Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

· Maintained quarterly inventory.
· Ensure that all issues on tools, materials and equipment are properly address like damages, lost and other related.
· Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
· Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
· Prepare parcels for mailing.
· Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness. Keep a place for everything and everything in its place
· Prepare gate pass for out going materials, tools, and testing equipment.
· Report any discrepancy in inventory.
· Report any defective / damage equipment to the Quality Assurance Department
· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers with regards to the warehouse / inventory related matters.
· Maintain and update inventory monitoring.
