Overall Job Purpose:
Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
1. General Functions
· Knowledge on compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Operational Procedure (PGS-OP-006 Purchasing Procedure and PGS-OP-010 Warehouse Procedure).
· Knowledge compliance to the Company's Quality Policy and achieve the target rating of the Quality Objective.
· Maintain documentations and records required by ISO 9001:2015 QMS Procedure.
· Assist in achieving the target rating of the Quality Objective and Key Performance Indicator of the Purchasing Department (Material Availability must meet 95% compliance rate and Inventory Accuracy rate of 95%).
· Ensure all incoming and outgoing tools; materials and equipment are properly documented.
· Ensure all monitoring records entry is properly filled out.
· Maintained cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
· Maintained quarterly inventory.
· Ensure that all issues on tools, materials and equipment are properly address like damages, lost and other related.
· Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
· Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
· Prepare parcels for mailing.
· Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness. Keep a place for everything and everything in its place
· Prepare gate pass for out going materials, tools, and testing equipment.
· Report any discrepancy in inventory.
· Report any defective / damage equipment to the Quality Assurance Department
· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers with regards to the warehouse / inventory related matters.
· Maintain and update inventory monitoring.
