WAREHOUSE CLERK

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will have the following responsibilities:

Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

  • Keeps and maintains documents such as the delivery receipts, ensuring that all of these are always kept organized and in good condition
  • Conduct regular (scheduled) Inventory Cycle Counts and ensure high accuracy of inventory records of the designated area by reconciling it with the company's inventory system
  • Report any discrepancies and provide support by giving details and justifications on any variance discovered during cycle counting through the use of Root Cause Analysis
  • Keep track of branch inventory, inventory movement; prepare stocks requisition of regular stocking items, in coordination with sales personnel and the whole branch
  • Ensure that all stocks issuances are properly requested and documented. For stocks used as sample and demo are to be monitored and to be returned accordingly
  • Schedule shipments, recall and/or pick-up, making sure that all shipments are done in a timely manner
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area including the organizing of physical documents and stocks
  • Ensures that company equipment, property and premises are kept safe, secure and maintained in good order and condition including computers, air-conditioners, phones, fax machines, printers and others
  • Assisting in tasks such as coordinating vehicle PMS and LTO Registration with the head office and keeping necessary documents in file related to vehicles in Cebu
  • Ensures the cleanliness, care and maintenance of the office premises and facilities
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any college degree
  • With at least 2 years of experience in relevant warehouse setting
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system: Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft 355 and have working knowledge of inventory management
  • Has the ability to lift or move heavy products and willing to learn how to use warehouse equipment
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills

2. Receiving, Sorting, and Delivery:

  • Responsible for the comprehensive receiving, unpacking, checking, sorting,

storing, assigning, and delivering of stocks and merchandise to various

branches.

  • Handle a variety of items, including consumables, supplies, and fixed assets.

3. Inventory Management:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy by regularly updating records and conducting

routine checks.

  • Organize and optimize warehouse space to facilitate easy access to

merchandise.

  • Assist the Inventory Assistant in conducting weekly manual or physical

counting of stocks, including back-end supplies.

4. Order Preparation & Logistics Coordination:

  • Ensure timely ordering and delivery of stocks, addressing queries from

various branches.

7. Organizing and Marking of Materials:

  • Utilize automated/technology or cloud-based systems such as Notion for

organizing and marking materials.

  • Implement efficient systems for easy location, tracing, summarizing, and

backtracking of stocks.

8. Safekeeping and Record-Keeping:

  • Safely keep items pulled out from branches, whether for asset disposal, asset

transfer, or supply transfer.

  • Maintain detailed records of all items entering and leaving the warehouse,

including damaged goods.

9. Coordination with Third Parties:

  • Work directly with third-party providers such as transportation and logistics

services, shipping agents, and customs brokers.

  • Coordinate with mall and branch personnel to ensure smooth delivery and

acceptance of stocks.

Qualification Requirements and Competencies

  1. College level or equivalent educational attainment.

2.Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory

management, and dispatching of goods.

  1. Physically fit with the strength and endurance required for daily tasks such

as packing, unpacking, stocking, and other labor-intensive activities.

  1. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and cloud-based

systems like Notion; experience with other inventory systems is an

advantage.
