Duties & responsibility:

• Support daily warehouse operations within a semiconductor environment, including receiving, storing, and dispatching sensitive materials and components.
• Ensure proper handling and traceability of semiconductor parts following industry-specific protocols.
• Operate warehouse systems and tools with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform basic data entry and documentation using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Adhere to company safety, quality, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards at all times.

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment based on work orders or shipping documents.
• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems (SAP 4/Hana).
• Use barcode scanners or mobile devices for tracking material movement.
• Assist in the proper labeling and storage of semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned storage areas.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments (Ops, Inventory, Quality) for material flow and issue resolution.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate stock records in the warehouse. The role focuses more on documentation, inventory tracking, and coordination rather than heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor incoming and outgoing products
• Conduct regular stock counts and help reconcile discrepancies

• Order Picking:
