What You'll Do  

As a Part-Time Sales Manager at Sozoroad, you will play a dual role—driving your own sales activities while also overseeing and supporting a growing team of sales representatives. Take the draft agreement from the BDM / legal templates, liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to finalize terms.Track and manage the contract execution process (review, signatures, versioning).Maintain a contract repository, ensuring all versions and amendments are documented.

2. SLA / Service Agreement Finalisation

Draft, negotiate, and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, specifying response times, uptime guarantees, escalation paths, etc.Ensure SLAs align with Interscale’s service capabilities (managed IT support, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).Monitor that the SLA commitments are enforceable and documented.

3. Contract Amendments / Change Requests

URGENT HIRING: APPOINTMENT SETTER

Full-Time | Work From Home | AU Morning Shift

Earn PHP 40K/month + Commissions

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of solid, hands-on experience in B2B appointment setting (not cumulative).

Experience in selling services, software, or SaaS is a big plus!

A natural conversation starter and closer who can connect with decision-makers.

A go-getter with grit, confidence, and a hunger to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Dialing & connecting: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the courses being offered by GMC. Qualifying leads: Identify high-potential businesses and decision-makers. Booking appointments: Get our Sales Executives  in front of the right people. Smashing targets: Meet (or better yet, exceed) your daily, weekly, and monthly quotas. Keeping records: Update the CRM with accurate details after every call. Working smart: Collaborate with the team to fine-tune our outreach strategies.
