Position Summary:
Join our clients fast-paced O&O Creative Team as a Performance Marketing Video Editor, where you'll play a crucial role in crafting high-performing ad creatives. Your primary responsibility will be editing and optimizing ads for various digital platforms (Meta, Google, and TikTok), ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with our marketing strategies. You'll work closely with the Paid Media Team to analyze ad performance and make iterative improvements, as well as collaborate with the Creative Team to bring compelling ad concepts to life. A deep understanding of current social and marketing trends is essential for integrating fresh, relevant ideas into your work.
Responsibilities:
- Ad Editing & Optimization
Edit and refine high-quality ad creatives tailored to different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Create multiple variations of ads to test different styles, hooks, and messaging. Implement performance-driven optimizations based on feedback from the paid media team. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with the O&O Team to bring creative visions to life. Partner with the paid media team who will analyze performance data and then iterate on creatives for better engagement and conversion. Maintain a high output of deliverables while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative & Market Awareness
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, ad formats, and consumer behavior to create relevant and engaging ads. Experiment with different editing techniques, motion graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling. Provide creative input on new ad concepts and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ad editing, social media content creation, and digital marketing
- Preferably with 2-3 years of editing experience
- Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Current user of the latest AI tools for video Google Gemini (Veo3 - Flow), Sora, PlayAI, LalalAI, and Topaz AI
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for digital marketing, social media, and creating impactful ad content.
