- Understand the branding of each event to oversee the entire marketing process from strategy development to flawless execution.
- Benchmark and augment global MICE industry technologies and trends.
- Provide clear creative direction to ensure all promotional materials are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with the event's messaging and positioning.
- Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns that maximize reach, boost audience engagement, and drive event awareness and registrations.
- Identify opportunities and social media trends for content optimization and audience growth, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Gain strong relationships with associations, media partners, and other local and international organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- A bachelor's or master's degree related to Communication Arts / Marketing / Business / Fashion from a prominent university
- Experience in brand management, content creation, and social media marketing
- Proficient in copywriting and creative conceptualization
