Job Summary
As a Business Transformation Developer within our Transformation Team, your role will be focusing on supporting our growing Automation Platform for COS and managing a growing team of automation developers. You will have direct responsibility in developing the automation tools, building technical expertise, process re-engineering and accountability for the execution of tools. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- 3 years' experience in holding a position of Senior Developer , technical mentoring, technical development coach or at similar capacity
- Minimum of 5 years' solid experience in coding scripting and strong knowledge about development life cycle for UiPath
- Proven experience in building capabilities and expertise of an automation configuration
- Holding strong technical backroad for Alteryx, Tableu, Phyton
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated, consistent executive presence with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs in the COS organization
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Holding good technical network of vendors for industry leading tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, Tableu, Phyton
- Technical certification in automation tools
- Technical certification for project delivery such as ITIL, PMP, PSM, Product Owner
- Background in Consultancy or Service Delivery for automation to a financial organization
- Graduate of Computer related course

PH Tax Senior Manager as part of Tax Function:
The Tax department is a global team within the Finance organization in Citi. This role supports the Philippine Country Tax Head for tax matters for all Philippine managed legal entities. The Tax Senior Manager reports directly to the Philippine Country Tax Head. This role involves interaction with all functions/businesses in country as well as regional finance and Regional/Global Tax.
PH Tax Senior Manager ("TSM"):
The TSM is responsible for country tax matters and is part of a team which is responsible for tax support on all country tax matters. The TSM ensures that corporate principles, standards and policies are applied within country and that strong controls to manage Citi's tax risk are embedded in Country processes and procedures. The TSM must be experienced to: (1) identify tax issues to be addressed by other countries in cross-border transactions and (2) have the ability to engage with and influence seniors within the functions/business.
In this role, you are expected to:
Philippines Tax Processes:
- Prepare and submit all corporate tax (direct and indirect) returns and tax payments for all country-managed legal entities. This includes preparation of tax working papers and coordination and collection of data from various stakeholders ensuring its accuracy and completeness
- Prepare the computation/review of all monthly/quarterly tax provisioning including reconciliation/oversight for tax balances on the ledger, US tax reporting packages and effective tax rate analysis
- Manage the overall conduct of any tax audit by the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Local Government Units including but not limited to preparation and review of documents/information, and reconciliation schedules
- Draft and manage correspondences, queries, audits, inspections, appeals and litigation from the Philippine tax authority, and manage relationship with local tax authority
- Prepare and collate relevant documents and information necessary for the payment of local business tax, and issuance of local business tax permits and other permits necessary for Citi PH entities
- Respond to queries/participate in meetings with external and internal auditors for corporate tax matters
- Provide tax advisory support to business, operations and other functional groups/units on product programs and transactions
- Communicate status of uncertain tax positions in a timely manner and work with the Regional Tax team to determine the appropriate FIN 48/FAS 5/Tax Contingency reporting
- Coordinate and assist in tax process standardization and automation projects
- Coordinate transfer pricing matters
- Manage the risk and control processes of the PH tax team
Regional & Tax Advisory:
- Provide Philippine tax support and product advice to business and operations functions
- Provide Philippine based tax support related to U.S. tax reform, including effective tax rate planning, BEAT planning and execution of internal restructurings & corporate tax planning actions
- Provide guidance to the businesses on global tax policies and support Global Tax in communicating and implementing U.S. tax rules, such as FATCA/CRS
