KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training & Education: - Design, develop, and conduct training sessions on automotive principles, tools, and technologies. This includes creating training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to different experience levels.
Mentorship: - Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to sales and other departments to help them grow in their technical knowledge. Offer guidance on technical challenges, career development, and problem-solving approaches.
Knowledge Sharing: - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and peer-to-peer learning groups. Ensure that the team stays updated on the latest industry trends, codes, and standards.

Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that knowledge is being shared effectively and that technical skills are aligned with company objectives.

Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance technical proficiency, efficiency, and productivity.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Teaching and Mentoring experience: Previous experience in a teaching, coaching, or mentoring role is highly preferred.
