Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular PMS on our trucks and Company Vehicle. This is to ensure that the vehicles are regularly maintained.
- Repair damage to trucks, such as Electrical, Hydraulics and all minor repairs needed that can cause delays to our operation.
- You will be on call to service damaged truck during delivery or operation, if necessary, you must attend the trucks on its location.
- You must monitor the Inventory of our supplies that is commonly used for maintaining trucks. Coordinate with Dispatch Manager for needed supplies.
- You must look for a reliable supplier that will supply materials and parts to us that will be used on your duties.
- Trucks should be treated with extra ordinary care, treat it as if you owned the vehicle
- Inspect the vehicle prior to driving and maintain the cleanliness, interior and exterior.
- Performs any additional task related and needed in the seamless warehouse operations.
- Ensure that your working place is neat and organized to avoid accident since most of the supplies used on PMS are vulnerable to fire.
- If you have idle time, you must perform additional duties such as simple maintenance on our building such as cleaning or assisting other departments, other warehouse and stores if needed.
