+ Leading efforts to improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes, providing insights to enhance product quality and efficiency. Staying updated on the latest trends in AI models, frameworks, and testing tools, applying them to optimize team practices and ensure effective testing strategies.
+ Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on the best testing practices and techniques. Sharing knowledge and best practices with the testing team and the broader organization to elevate overall testing proficiency.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field),
+ Minimum 5 years of related experience.
+ Proficient in networking, virtual machine set-up, solving system issues, and writing technical reports.
+ Strong verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with technology teams; adept at working remotely in multicultural environments.
+ Quick learner, able to work independently and efficiently, detail-oriented with a creative approach, strong analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
