**1. **Roles and Responsibilities**:
The typical responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Should be able to work on the design, build, test and deploy solution in **Oracle CC&B/C2M** with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, **Interface**, **Conversions**, **Extensions**, Forms and Workflows)
- Should be able to run the **functional workshops** with business for **CC&B/C2M** requirements
- Should be able to conduct the demos during the functional workshops using the **CC&B/C2M** ,MDM product
- Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements
- Should be able to develop **functional/techincal design** documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the **CC&B package** to meet requirements for projects in this area.

- Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.

- Familiarity with **Oracle CC&B, Data Model**, web services & BPEL services
- Experience of at least 1 full-cycle implementations for a utility (Power/Water/Gas) with hands on Functional and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
- Exposure to US (**Regulated and De-Regulated**) Markets
- Experience as a team player of diverse development team, working with client teams/SMEs and working through the project life cycle.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science/IT/related discipline
