As a VIDA Scout, one of the things you’ll get to do is use VIDA’s resources to identify people who meet your client’s “ideal partner” criteria - and hopefully find them “The One!”

This is a full-time position. Hours are from 11 pm to 11 am PHT, and you can set your own schedule within that time frame. To start, the position is 7 days a week but upon completing the 3-month orientation process, you’ll have a regular day off. While on orientation, you’ll start at a base pay of $3/hour during the orientation period and post that quickly move on to a commission based pay which is a combination of a base pay of $/hour plus commissions which has a pay floor of 3.75. Based on your performance, you can make anywhere between 3.75/hour to 4.75/hour every month.

VIDA Select is a 100% virtual company, with contractors living all over the world. You’ll be working with a team of writers, as well as our Philippines-based Scout manager.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

- Access online profiles and identify people who match each client’s list of criteria.
- Configure client accounts as needed.
- Input and track data as needed in VIDA’s CRM system and spreadsheets.
- Participate in two group meetings each month - one team meeting and one company meeting.and one informal weekly call with your closest teammate.
