Position Purpose

The principal objective of this position is to provide expert level support for the EMEA Region UNIX environment. Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support ensuring full availability of the environment during production hours. The engineer will play an active role on all Safety & Trust initiatives as well as day-to-day support activities, administration and all projects associated with LINUX infrastructures and their associated applications. Responsibilities

This role is for a technical support position for Asia Pacific region. The identified candidate will be responsible for supporting projects/ services, particularly on In Place Upgrade and Tech refresh projects. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the quality of ITP services remains consistently high, that operating policies are developed or are strictly followed, and adhere to all IT security policies to maintain system integrity and quality.

• Provide 24/7/365 primary support for all RedHat Linux, Centos, Ubuntu & AIX servers.
• Proactively monitor all UNIX systems utilizing BNP Paribas standard tools.
