A fast-growing freight brokerage is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure smooth handling of both LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) shipments. The company works with a wide range of customers and carriers, requiring accurate quoting, booking, and documentation to keep freight moving efficiently.

** Key Responsibilities
Quoting and Booking**
- Prepare and send LTL quotes accurately and promptly
- Reach out to TL carriers regarding available freight and secure FTL capacity when needed
- Source trucks to cover available loads by making/receiving calls with carriers, negotiating rates when needed, and booking the load once secured
- Send rate confirmations to carriers and confirm acceptance of loads
Documentation & Updates
- Generate and send Bills of Lading (BOLs) for shipments
