Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all transport activities comply with regulatory and HSSE standards.
Hauler Management:
Oversee third-party haulers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Truck & Vehicle Accreditation:
Manage the accreditation process for all trucks and vehicles used in fuel transport, ensuring they meet safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Assurance Programs:
Implement and monitor assurance programs to maintain high standards in transport operations, including audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Route Planning & Scheduling:
Optimize delivery routes and schedules to minimize costs and maximize service levels. This includes Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for retail stations to avert any runouts/backloads.
