Overview
***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***
Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the Maintenance Department operations. The Logistics Coordinator's responsibilities are to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Logistics Coordinator will obtain data necessary for completing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) and other reporting requirements as assigned and compiling the information as necessary. The Logistics Coordinator may perform various routine duties in the Tool Room, T est, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment or Army Oil Analysis Program. This may involve inventorying, controlling, issuing, receiving and turn-in items, preparing documentation, tracking workload and preparing reports. Responsible for tool maintenance and minor repairs, evaluate equipment, and determine safety compliance. Prevents minor losses through safeguarding and perform tasks with minimum supervision. The Logistics Coordinator works with other employees and understands the daily mission and processes of providing excellent customer service to the customer and leadership .
Responsibilities
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
+ Member of a team to accomplish provided tasks to standard.
+ Possesses considerable autonomy in completing projects for the Department Leadership.
+ Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness.
+ Perform Tool Room, TMDE or AOAP duties and responsibilities
+ Receive, maintain, issue, inventory hand tools, technical orders, bench stock, and test equipment.
+ Inspects all areas of tool and part storage for accurate markings, inventories, and cleanliness.
+ Schedules, transport, return test equipment for calibration, and perform user maintenance on assigned equipment.
+ Stores, issues, and controls hazardous materials.
+ Responsible for organizing an oil analysis program that increases readiness and extends life-cycle cost when assigned to AOAP.
+ Trains new staff regarding tool and parts control.
+ Develop and maintain records of documentation
+ Operates office equipment such as computers, scanners, printers, paper shredders, etc.
+ Obtain information needed through various means from departments to complete daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual CDRLs and reports.
+ Assists with the completion and review of CDRLs and reports.
+ Ensure compliance of Corporate, company, PWS and other government policies, procedures and standards and reports to the Logistics Leadership.
+ Provide administrative support to Leadership, practice discretion when handling highly important, sensitive and confidential information
+ Implements general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all job-related procedures and policies.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education/Certifications:
+ One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ High School Graduate or equivalent.
+ Associates Degree preferred.
+ Must be a Philippines Citizen
+ Must have a Host Nation Driver's License
+ Possess English oral and written communications skills necessary to clearly convey message to co-workers, customers, and all levels of management.
+ Experience:
+ Three (3) years of experience working in an administrative role for TMDE & AOAP.
+ A minimum of two (2) years property accountability experience for Tools & Parts.
+ Skills:
+ Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
+ Able and willing to perform other duties as needed, as skills and program allow.
+ Additional Skills for TMDE & AOAP:
+ Possess exceptional time management skills.
+ Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge and fluency of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
+ Must be able to multi-task proficiently while meeting short suspense for both scheduled CDRL and unscheduled reports/tasks.
+ Prior LOGCAP Operations preferred.
+ Customer service training.
+ Strong analytical skills.
+ Working Conditions:
+ The majority of the working conditions will be in an office environment and sedentary in nature.
+ The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures typically 35-45 degrees Celsius. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind, rain and humidity.
+ The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
+ The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
+ Physical Requirements:
+ Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
+ Work may require prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical and chemicals.
+ Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
+ Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.

The Global Logistics Operations Analyst will primarily support Copeland Global Logistics strategic and operational initiatives. Key activities in this position include but not limited to data compilation & analytics, rate and contract management, as well as business process improvement. This individual must have or develop a deep understanding of Copeland Logistics programs, transportation system-Oracle Transportation Management System (OTM) and global logistics processes, as well as the end-to-end overview of the Copeland Supply Chain Programs, while possessing strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Mode Team Support**
Support the strategic mode team processes including the development of common processes for alignment with logistics and freight payment operations. Global Contract Administration and Management
Via Copelands' contract management tool, manage the Copeland contract templates as well as the approval workflow process.
Point of coordination for global spot bid processes and project cargo.
Maintain the standard operating procedures for spot bids and project cargo quotes.
Optimize the global rate inquiry process Support cost reductions/ transportation optimization projects and carriers' transitions. Assist in carrier training related to the various logistics tools.
Oversight of the global provider risk mitigation process and reporting.
Closely monitoring providers risk related to financial, legal and business requirements. (certifications, insurance etc.) Including taking the necessary actions to minimize Copeland's exposure to potential supply chain disruptions.
Communication and interactions Logistics Leaders for matters pertaining to mode management.
**Logistics Operations** Global Central Point of Coordination:
Rate Loading (Air Cargo, Ocean, and Ground) into Copeland Transportation Management System (OTM)
Maintaining and loading global fuel surcharges
Global accessorial updates to include Peak Season Surcharges
Support the Operational Management of the Copeland Cross Dock Network. Maintain cross dock set up in Copeland Transportation Management System)
Develop and maintain Logistics Operations Standard Operations Procedures
Support training on Logistics operations tools as required.
Identify opportunities to automate operational processes.
Coordination and resolution of issues related to the logistics network and the escalation of any critical issues to management. Support SCO Operational and Audit Pay Teams in any rate or carrier related inquiries. Projects to onboard Copeland sites into SCO, improve spend under management. **Spend Visibility**
Work with local operations, Freight Audit & Payment Manager and Mode Team members to ensure the CASS collaboration process and invoice approval is done in a timely manner.
Work with Carriers and Copeland's Freight Payment Providers to solve any invoice/ procedural issues.
**Metrics and Reporting:** Reporting of key metrics, participation in supply chain and logistics strategic meetings including the development and presentation of materials to management.
Monitor Logistics Provider Metrics, engage carriers (with the Americas Ground Manager) to improve OTD/ OTC performance.
Monitor the operational performance of the Logistics Operations team.
**EDUCATION:**

+ Minimum 5 years' experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.

+ Experience with Oracle Transportation Management is required.
