Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide high-quality English–Chinese interpretation (consecutive and/or simultaneous) for meetings, business negotiations, training sessions, and company events.
Possess 1–3 years of relevant interpreting or translating experience, with strong bilingual communication skills and accuracy.
Work closely with various departments to understand content and context, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate delivery.
Prepare, edit, and proofread bilingual documents, contracts, and presentations.
Provide on-site, telephone, or video conference interpretation, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Research and compile industry-specific terminology, maintaining a terminology database for company use.
Assist in translating internal policies, corporate communications, marketing materials, and technical documents as required.
Support cross-cultural communication between Chinese and international staff, clients, and partners.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Perform other translation or interpretation-related tasks as assigned by management.

Salary paid on the 10th and 25th of each month.

- Work closely with production staff to monitor inventory levels, ensure timely material supply, and avoid production delays due to material shortages.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the proper allocation and handling of materials based on daily production schedules and requirements.
- Perform regular stock checks, inventory audits, and maintain accurate material records to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese (or other Chinese dialects) and English is required.
- Previous experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing or production setting is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or production support is beneficial, but not required (training will be provided).
