Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Manage and support Chevron's new enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) Workday Learning- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction for all Chevron operating companies (Opcos, and Chevron employees and contractors world-wide- Provide LMS Administrator services to Chevron Opcos. Some of the LMS Administrator services are; online content (eLearning) integration into the LMS, setting up courses, learning events, programs, and assessments in the LMS system, setting up and troubleshooting LMS reports, working with the LMS auxiliary systems and tools (ex., bulk data loads and data extracts)- Responsible for LMS system operations such as; reporting of incidents to vendor and internal Chevron ITC support teams, tracking, documenting & reviewing of incident tickets, coordinating and testing of system maintenance releases- Administrator of the LMS Central SharePoint site, a repository of self-help and support for LMS users and administrators- Responsible for managing LMS tickets (HRSS Service Now) received by triaging, escalating, assigning, forwarding, or resolving issues raised in the LMS tickets. Also maintain IT service desk scripts for known LMS issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday Learning is a plus- Strong critical thinking skills- Strong planning and analytical skills- Good results and time management orientation- Strong interpersonal skills

- Upload and test content (SCORM, documents, videos, learning assets etc.)
- Understand the course requirements from the Product Managers and create learning journeys and build courses in the LMS according to EduClaas learning model
- Edit and revise courses as per requests
- Serve as technical support for issues with the LMS. Assist everyone in the organisation as an initial point of contact for the LMS by answering queries and providing immediate resolution or careful redirection and escalation to managers and LMS vendor
- Explore ways to improve learning delivery, maintain compliance through the LMS
- Promote positive LMS user experience
- Accurately design, pull and manage reports and provide regular reporting updates to management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve learner issues in the LMS in a thorough and timely manner
- Perform regular audits of the LMS functionalities and if required raise enhancement or new functionalities requests after getting relevant approvals

- Participate in new course launch testing when necessary
- Achieve stated LMS performance service standards
- Perform special projects as assigned by the manager
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years Previous LMS administration experience is required
- Experience in administration of Open edX or similar systems preferred
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills
- Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
