- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team across departments and levels of management. Must present a well-groomed appearance.

JOB SUMMARY
The Dealer is responsible for dealing table games with required amount of skill, accuracy, productivity and attention to detail as set down by the Gaming Operations Management. This position also ensures compliance with all gaming procedures while providing excellent customer service to players.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal casino table games based on established gaming procedures
- Understand and adhere to all gaming procedures and directives provided by Management
- Educate players on game rules and procedures, if necessary
- Maintain efficiency of games by dealing at a game pace specified by Management and in consideration of players' satisfaction
- Ensure players enjoy the gaming experience by being polite and attentive to their needs and by creating a friendly and fun atmosphere
- Maintain security of the game and company assets by ensuring players adhere to game rules and reporting any suspicious activity immediately
- Promptly refer customer complaints or gaming disputes / incidents to the Pit Manager for resolution
- Pay winning bets and collect losing bets accurately
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must be at least a high school graduate
- Has at least one (1) year of working experience dealing any of the following games: Baccarat, Roulette, Pontoon, Blackjack, Craps
- Has good communication, numerical and customer service skills
- Adaptable and can handle stressful and high pressure situations
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and/or weekends
- Amenable to work in smoking environment
