Qualifications:
• Working Experience: 2+ years of experience in Marketing or 2+ years of working in an analytical role. < r>• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, interpret, and manipulate data to derive meaningful insights. < r>• Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing metrics, customer segmentation and marketing campaigns. < r>• Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with databases, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to extract and manipulate data effectively. < r>• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex data findings and < r>recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Experience in guiding and mentoring junior analysts, < r>fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and < r>customer behavior to inform data analysis and strategy development.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in data handling and < r>analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. < r>• Ability to onboard and train new analysts effectively. < r>• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing or a related field.
