As a Trade Support Associate within our Agency Securities Finance Operations, you will manage the end-to-end account management process for our global Agency Securities Lending business. You will ensure accurate and timely setup of lender and borrower accounts, validate processing completeness, and resolve discrepancies with counterparties. You will collaborate closely with global operations and internal stakeholders to optimize processes and drive automation. Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Securities Lending account management processes
• Set up new and incremental lender and borrower accounts across Agency Lending systems within SLA
• Validate processing tasks for completeness and accuracy
• Resolve discrepancies and queries with counterparties efficiently
• Escalate exceptions to senior management in a timely manner
• Certify accuracy and completeness of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on an ongoing basis
• Document and report proposed process changes for approval before implementation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

What does the Financial Markets ("FM") Sales Team do in ING?

The FM Sales team is a client facing unit in the bank, whose main function is to generate client revenue from various Financial Market products and solutions offered to clients. The FM Sales team is in the business of establishing, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships; servicing regular flow business as well as bespoke solutions; and origination of deals.

The FM Sales team in Manila caters to large corporations, multinational companies, and financial institutions who are based in the Philippines, have inbound business into the Philippines, or outbound business to other countries.
