Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on cranes (overhead, mobile, tower, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural issues in crane systems.
• Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, hoists, control panels, and wire ropes.
• Calibrate load moment indicators (LMI) and other crane safety devices. Maintain detailed service records, inspection logs, and compliance reports.
• Assist in crane installations, upgrades, or modifications as needed. Conduct load testing and safety checks in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with safety officers, engineers, and equipment operators to ensure proper equipment usage and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with local and international crane safety regulations (e.g., DOLE, OSHA, ANSI, ISO). Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site service or repairs.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies related to crane maintenance.

Qualifications:

Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience servicing cranes or heavy equipment. Familiarity with Manitowoc, Grove, or Potain crane models is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of hydraulics, electronics, PLCs, and mechanical systems.

Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and ability to work at heights or in field environments.

Physically fit, flexible, and willing to travel or be assigned to project sites across the Philippines or abroad.

TESDA certification in crane servicing or heavy equipment mechanics is preferred.

Valid driver's license (RC 1 & 2) is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.

Job Summary:

Conduct machine inspection, diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance of machines not limited to the ones supplied by ICON and submit necessary reports and documentation.

Main Functions:

• Machine inspection and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance services, general repairs and overhauling and support machine delivery.
• Provide maintenance of and repairs to all mechanical and electrical systems including drive, and drive-line, steering, suspension, braking, air, hydraulic, computerized and other associated systems.
• Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on heavy-duty vehicles.
