Job Description
Receive and evaluate all the packaging materials to ensure that they conform the standards specifications.
Conducts organoleptic evaluations of all the reprocessed paste received from extraction.
Performs the required laboratory tests on all raw materials.
Inspect proper grooming/hygiene of the production personnel to start the new work.
Ensure that samples/ products running are set within the standards.
Documents all the test results or findings and report to the immediate supervisor at the end of the day.
Report all the activities and quality concerns to the immediate superiors.
Monitor the cleanliness and implement good manufacturing practice (GMP) at all.
Participate in the review and update of GMP providing recommendations and assistance.
Prepares daily monitoring inspection report and keep the records as evidence of quality inspection for future reference.
