+ Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on the best testing practices and techniques. Sharing knowledge and best practices with the testing team and the broader organization to elevate overall testing proficiency.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field),
+ Minimum 5 years of related experience.
+ Proficient in networking, virtual machine set-up, solving system issues, and writing technical reports.
+ Strong verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with technology teams; adept at working remotely in multicultural environments.

**Qualifications:**
+ Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate or related courses with at least 5 years relevant experience. Power Supply and/or Uninterruptible Power Supply Industry background is preferred.
+ Experienced in Final assembly and PCBA troubleshooting, testing, and analysis.
+ Experienced in Machine commissioning, improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance
+ Experienced in one of the Test Program coding LabVIEW, LabVIEW Test Stand, VB6, VB.net
+ Solid experience in Final Assembly and PCBA Production Test Support and Test Improvement
+ Able to interpret and understand schematic diagrams.
